Over the years whilst following Manchester United I have always shown an interest in the lower leagues.
So a few good and sad happenings this week : 1. Wrexham are back in League football. 2. Rochdale are dropping out of the football league for the first time in 100 years. They will play in the National League next season. 3. Both Sc**thorpe and Torquay are looking like dropping out of the National League and going into lower leagues. All if these teams have recent history in League Football but fell into decline. Such is football in the lower leagues. |

Jeff Stelling to leave Sky Sports Soccer Saturday after more than 25 years. Jeff Stelling has confirmed he will leave Soccer Saturday at the end of the season after more than 25 years presenting the show.
Just seen this today. Shame, thought he was brilliant on Soccer Saturday.

So United back to winning ways yesterday beating Wolves 2-0 and keeping our top 4 dream alive.
On another note many congratulations to Notts County for returning to the EFL from the non league. Being the oldest football club it is fitting they play in the EFL and should never be allowed to drop out again. And congratulations to Wrexham for achieving the same feat.

Looks like Arsenal just handed the Premiership title to Man City.
They were beaten 3-0 at home by Brighton. City still in the hunt for the treble. United must stop that in the FA Cup Final. 🙏🙏❤️❤️

I thought Brighton might get something from that game,but I wasn't expecting that score,so the title race is over,4th place,and the 2 remaining relegation spots are all that's left to decide.

Just reading news of an incredible comeback by Sheffield Wednesday in the League 1 play offs.
Wednesday were down 0-4 from their away leg to Peterboro. They came back to level things at 4-4. Went to extra time. Score 5-5. Penalties required which Wednesday won 5-3. Incredible stuff. Fair play Sheffield Wednesday and comisserations to Peterboro. This is what football is about.

Right after yesterday's results.
Man City are Premiership Champions. United almost certain of Champions League. Liverpool in the Europa Cup. Notts Forest safe. Still a few twists possible but at the relegation end of the table. |

On our day United can beat anyone.
Against City we will have to play exceptionally well. No room for error. Anything can happen in a Cup Final.
