Out of interest Pat- Do you just use the "message" text box to post text and photos? If so you could try using the "Post Reply" button to the left and it will give a few more posting options. Not sure it would make a difference but nuttin' ta lose as they say.

Went through the same process as normal.and it worked this time.
Click post reply, little green tree with up arrow, choose file, I select photo from photo gallery on my phone, click ok, get wait a few moments...then back into post page and click post reply. My beautiful motorbike no longer with me. |

Pat- on your Member Control Panel it states for Outgoing Messages - "Messages remain in your Outbox until the recipient has deleted the message."
A long shot I know, but is it possible the recipient could be deleting them after reading? Is your outbox completely empty? Killian will know--that guy is a genius

When I messaged you yesterday I immediately went to my out box to check if the photo of the Cecil painting was sent to you. You wouldn't have deleted it at that stage. So I don't think the problem lies in the recipient deleting the message. Over to the IT maestro Killian. |

Killian I have the exact same issue as Pat - always have had since I joined up three years ago, so I just accepted it was a feature, not a bug!!! But if you fix Pat can I be fixed too please ?!! Many thanks ...

I logged with your details on laptop (using Internet Explorer & Chrome), on an iPad and two phones (android & iPhone) and with each, I was able to view your Outbox and the contents of a sent message (the message you sent to me). Does it happen all the time? Does it happen on all devices that you use? Can you post a screen image of it happen on your device?
