Hi Peeps, Just wondering what schools you all went to in your Grove years...since most of the Grove crowd came from the surrounding Artane, Raheny, Coolock area a lot of us may have gone to the same school. I went to Belcamp..and I know in my day a lot of the students there frequented the Grove. I first heard about it at school. We used to run a 5th years dance in the school and it was basically like a mini Grove..remember many's the night sliding the full length of the floor on my hunkers playing air guitar to Whole Lotta Rosie...hehehe...and we used to invite the girls from Our Lady of Mercy convent..or something like that...  |
