Back in my day both the 20A and 20B stopped in Donnycarney, but different ends. The 20 went to Beaumount. Its like when Mick and Joe missed the last bus home and decided to rob one out of Clontarf Bus Station. Mick climbed over the wall and after a few minutes shouts back-" Hey!-I can't see any 20As in here" and Joe shouts back-"Rob a 20B and we'll jump off at the corner". Oh my god the bus behind you is the 20a.....was the the one that went down to Donnycarney? always hated when that came instead of the 20b that went up to Beaumont meant we had longer walk from donnycarney church home if we didnt get the 20b now i believe both the 20a and 20b not in service anymore, new bus taken over that route |
