Don't remember CSN Our House being played at all but Ah, poor Clifford.  Love Gaye (you're a tray of nice things that I upset yesterday) and of course Home Thought From Abroad.   And always preferred Moon Shadow rather than Father and Son.  That was cemented when Ronan Keating did his version of it.......
I wanted to be loved but just got laughed at instead

Gaye was the "A" side and "Home Thoughts From Abroad" was the "B" side.

I have the original 45".

Two classic songs.

FQ, agree with you re Moonshadow.
May be going to hell in a bucket but at least I'm enjoying the ride.

"With A Little Help From My Friends" - Joe Cocker.

Like Led Zeppelin's "Stairway To Heaven", one of those tracks to canoodle to or just let rip ....................

I know I'm repeating myself, but "Nights In White Satin" - Moody Blues was another Grove classic slow song.

Happily endorse above comment, Homethoughts is one of the tracks that from its opening note transports me back.

Being an '80's Grover, it would have to be SSSSSSSSsssssssssss nowy White,  Bird of Paradise that makes me go weak at the knees.  Still makes me stop whenever I hear it.
I wanted to be loved but just got laughed at instead

I am sure Cecil played this song during slow sets,

I asked him about it but he said he never did.Anyway

let it be my tribute to Rick Wright who passed away

3 years ago today.
