Hi guys and gals, just thought I'd share my video with you.
Last monday I got the chance to bring my son onto the race track.
Sean is 13 years old and is  severly autistic, and I did'nt know how he would react.
Check out the you tube link and judge for yourselves.

Thanks for watching.

Brilliant. "Hiya Boss". What I think he is actually saying is Hayabusa, meaning "cars are OK, but I`d really like a go on one of these".

Yeah, I just do trackday driving once a month. Its where you bring your own car to the track and go for it.
I highly recommend it.

SOC,

That is wonderful.

What a wonderful and loving father you are.

I could feel your love and dedication to your son whilst watching that and I just think it's great that you are treating this lovely son with so much love because all kids need the same love and attention.

And rightly so.............he looked so happy....

My two sons are grown up now but everyday they're in my thoughts.

And this wonderful thread awakens parental love in a big way.

It's a very special love and we all hope endures forever.

Thank you for sharing this with us here.

Biker Pat

Thank you so much for sharing - That smile is saying - You are a super Dad, thank you.

By any chance has your son a dog ? The council for blind are now training dogs for young people with autisim with great results. Keep up the great work.

I'm not too sure dogs like race cars

That is a cool video Cecil..The sheer joy on his face shows kids can't fake it.

Thanks for all the kind comments, Sean watches the video occasionally with a big, big smile on his face, he knows he's the star attraction.
Though Sean has been terrified of all dogs since he was a baby, I tried the special dog/companion with him for a year, It was a gentle golden retriever but Sean just would'nt befriend him, Sadly after the year we just had to give up.
As I said earlier, thanks for watching and your kind comments.
