Afternoon Folks. Just saw a poster for the Dutch band Focus. Seems they are playing in Vicar St on Nov 10th. Cecil was the first DJ I ever heard play them. Who can forget Hocus Pocus - one of the great Grove songs!

May be going to hell in a bucket but at least I'm enjoying the ride.

Nice one Biker Pat! I remember them well, apparently they used all this instrumental stuff ,sounds and squeals to cover up the fact that they did not in fact speak any english! didn't deter them and I enjoyed them anyway.

Is this concert over or did you mean to type 10th Dec 2005? could be a great impromtu Grove night.

Thought of you today when aging rocker roared passed me on an enormous bike, all leather & long hair...were you about in the Raheny area?

Can't be me.

A. I'm not an aging rocker, you're never too old to rock 'n roll Wink

B. Don't have the long hair anymore. Won't fit in the helmet  Wink

The rest is accurate enough as I would drive through Raheny occasionally.
