If someone asked you to make a Time Capsule and in it put 5 items that you associate CLOSELY with the Grove and bury it near the mound in the Annes, what would you put in ????

No, I am NOT in any way drunk, ( if you think this is an ultra sad post !! ), I just have severe indigestion from a late Hard Rock feast of all things unhealthy. Can´t sleep .......chilli was waaaaaaay too hot.

Come on...Five Things !!!!!!!!!!!!!! and make em good.

Great threads Mins!
hard to bottle the Essence of the Grove, but mine would include most of all the above anyway... and

- the Lamb Lies Down LP
- Rory Gallagher style check shirt or white grandfather shirt
- memories of a pre-grove can or 2, or bottle of Liebfraumilch in St Annes or exArtanehead's house
- Duffle coat, left on the stage on entry, with 100 others (and no prob finding it at end of night!)
- the crack on the way home; whether it be chips in the Cosy or having a natter on the 'benches'.

How many people here smoked at the Grove but no longer do - there's a few definite non smokers with a pack of fags on their lists. A mate of mine was off them for a while and then went back on them. when I asked him why, he looked at me and said "snoking's cool, you should know that"

Suppose we must have all thought that at one stage (I sear I don't think so any more, I swear)

May be going to hell in a bucket but at least I'm enjoying the ride.
