Cloud seeding, putting chemicals into clouds to create rain was apparently used in the 1976 drought. Don't think it'll be used this summer  |

NBS has bought the rights to develop and screen a US version of the Eurovision Song Contest. Apparently all 50 states will compete against each other. Can you imagine ? |

The female blackbird is actually brown in colour. And its the male that does all the singing. We have a blackbird every year who sits on the tree behind us and sings his evensong till its near dark. Beautiful to listen to. |
