Okay...must be cos the show is over..and i'm probably bored...but was just reading Stevie's "Childline Vs The Grove post (hilarious) and I thought...how about I start a thread similar to the Word Association thread except this one is an ever evolving story...I'll post some totally random sentence..and from then on...anyone can take it where they want to and lets see where it ends up...probably nowhere..but hey...I'm bored..so gonna try..hehehe!!

Guess some ground rules so it doesn't get out of hand...maybe a max word count of 50-60  words and a minimum of at least one coherent sentence. The other thing is that we can't really have crossover posts like on the Word Association..so if you post  simultaneously with someone else after a previous post, the one that comes out second must be deleted by the poster..so it maintains some sort of linear storyline... apart from that..it can go wherever the hell it wants as long as there is at least some tenuous link with the previous sentence.

So..after all that yawn enhancing intro...I have to think of an initial post to start it off so....

He woke up at 3am to a brightly lit room and a smiling woman on the TV urging him to try a brand new "miracle anti-wrinkle cream". The ache in his neck made him feel nauseous as he looked down at his beer soaked AC/DC T-shirt, but he still smiled as he thought, "what a night.."!!

then he remembered that awful "oh what a night" song by the artist he could never remember and he felt even more nauseous.  Then, he grabbed the solpadeine box as the hangover started to kick in..

Nursing his hangover, he suddenly realised that not all of the strange gurgling noises he was hearing were coming from inside himself...

"eh must have brought someone home" he thought straightening up the filthy Tshirt and flicking back the thin whisp of greasy hair that had fallen across his sweaty forehead, finding his balance he moved towards the ensuite. The gurgling was now louder and punctuated by loud splutters, he reached slowly for the door handle.....

As he tried to get up a terrible pain in his leg , as he knelt on them. sh*t!

"that a lovely way to greet someone" As he turned he saw a vision for the first time. Dreadlocks no wait a minute not real deadlocks but a wig. You look vaguely familiar thought to himself ...

A stunned silence ensued as he realised what his addled brain had perceived as female was most certainly male! "Did we I mean DidI? eh did it happen???"

To cover his confusion he reached for his false teeth, his hand came in contact with his glasses. He donned them both in a vain attempt to regain his composure. Now with 20/20 vision he turned to appraise his mysterious companion...

The room suddenly began to sway back and forth, as if being rocked by a giant hand and, to make matters worse, the gurgling noises had returned.  Now he could vaguely make out the words "I cant wake him!"  The dreadlocked figure moved a step closer to him..

As he refocussed his eyes on the figure looming over him...aware for the first time that there were more than one... he looked at the black fake Led Zep tour t-shirt...and the belly which rivalled his own...

"Oh sweet jesus" he thought.." I really hope we didn;t"

Just as she struck him too....!!!

"Don't you just wish sonny Jim...." she said in a dark gravelly voice as he realised at last what the gurgling noise was...his eyes open wide in terror...his mouth screamed silently ....
